Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-16

This is a pre-launch draft of our terms. We update before public launch following review by counsel. Questions: help@vectorvitals.com.

1. What Vector Vitals is and what it is not

Vector Vitals ("we", "the Service") is a wellness-tracking and analytics app. You connect a wearable, log the supplements and medications you take, and we surface observational patterns between what you log and your biometric data. We can also coordinate optional consultations with independent licensed telehealth partners if you wish to discuss starting a prescription.

We are not a healthcare provider. We are not a pharmacy. We do not prescribe medications. We do not give medical advice.

Insights produced by our service are statistical observations, not clinical recommendations. They are not a substitute for talking to a licensed physician. Always consult your physician before making changes to any medication, supplement, or treatment protocol.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vector Vitals. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You agree to give us accurate, current information at signup.
  • One person per account. Sharing an account between multiple people corrupts the inference engine and is not allowed.

4. Subscriptions and payments

  • Vector Vitals offers a free tier (basic tracking) and a paid subscription (Pro) that unlocks the inference engine and full insights.
  • Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the price displayed at signup. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime in your profile; access continues through the end of your paid period.
  • Refunds: contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund a recent renewal in full at our discretion.
  • Failed payments may result in your subscription being suspended.

5. Medications, consultations, and pharmacy fulfillment

The Store tab shows products available through Vector Vitals. When you add items to your basket and check out, you authorize Vector Vitals to charge your payment method, request a telehealth consultation on your behalf with one of our partner clinicians, and (if approved) coordinate compounding-pharmacy fulfillment and shipment to your address.

  • Vector Vitals is the seller of record. You pay Vector Vitals directly via Stripe.
  • Vector Vitals contracts with licensed telehealth providers who perform the clinical evaluation and write the prescription if appropriate. We pay them; you do not see a separate consult charge.
  • Vector Vitals contracts with licensed US pharmacies to compound and ship the prescription.
  • Your shipping address determines which products are available — some compounded formulations are state-restricted.
  • Our partner clinicians retain medical judgment. They may decline to write a prescription if not clinically appropriate; in that case you are refunded.

You authorize Vector Vitals to share necessary intake information (your profile, address, basket contents, and any health questions you answer) with our partner clinicians and pharmacies. We do not sell or share your data otherwise. See our Privacy Policy.

6. How prescriptions are fulfilled

Vector Vitals partners with licensed telehealth providers and US compounding/dispensing pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions ordered through the app. Vector Vitals sells products to you directly and pays our clinical and pharmacy partners for their services. We also integrate with wearable data aggregators such as Rook and Terra to read your biometric data with your consent. When partner relationships change, we'll update this page.

7. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our inference engine, prompts, or proprietary logic.
  • Use the Service to provide a competing analytics product to third parties.
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
  • Submit deliberately false dose logs to manipulate the inference engine.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, designs, copy, and insights produced for you, is owned by Vector Vitals or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service while your account is active.

You own the underlying data you provide (dose logs, wearable connections). You grant us a license to use that data to operate the Service and improve it (in de-identified, aggregated form).

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not warrant that the insights produced will be accurate, complete, or applicable to your individual situation. Always consult a licensed physician before making medical decisions.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Vector Vitals be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Vector Vitals harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your interaction with telehealth partners we refer you to.

12. Termination

You may terminate your account anytime in your profile. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraud or abuse. On termination, your access ends and your data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you via email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
